Manuscript Submission

To speed up the refereeing and publication processes, all transactions and communications between the journal and the authors will be done electronically.

All manuscripts should be in PDF or postscript or MS Word files.
Papers can be submitted directly to the Editorial office.
Authors can also submit papers to one of the editorial members.
